Terms and Conditions

  • All rentals require a valid ID, a signed rental agreement and a $250.00 deposit to hold party items and reservation dates.
  • The balance of your order is due 7 business days prior to your pickup or delivery date.
  • If paying by check it must clear 7 business days prior to the pickup or delivery date. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.
  • The deposit will not be applied to the balance.
  • If the balance is not received within 7 business days prior to your pickup or delivery date the deposit will be forfeited.
  • If paying by cash or check a credit card will be required and placed on hold in the event your damages exceed the $250.00 deposit. The card will be charged the full replacement value of each damaged or missing item.
  • There is no refunds or discounts on unused items.
  • Rental prices are for 3 day use.
  • If your party items are not returned within 24 hours after your party you will be charge half of the total amount of your rental cost for each day after.
  • Customer pick up and returns are by appointment only and must be made within 24 hours of your party.
  • All prices are based on customer pick-up and return. But we would be happy to deliver and pick up for a fee based on the size and location of your party.
  • Your party items will be carefully packed in our containers to ensure safe transit and must be cleaned and repacked and return (or ready for pickup) in the same containers at the time and date specified or fees will be charged.
  • Our items are delicate and should never be placed in dishwashers. Wash and dry party items by hand, with the exception of linens, before packing in our containers or a cleaning fee will be applied. Linens should be shaken free of foods and placed in the bag provide.
  • The silver plated urn’s are meant for serving hot water only. Please do not serve coffee in the urn as it will leave an after taste that is difficult to remove.
  • If you choose are delivery and pickup service the party items items must be cleaned, repacked and ready for pickup on the day and time agree upon or it will be your responsible for same day return to our location or fees will be charged and prepaid pickup fess will not be refunded.
  • If personal items are returned with our party items it will be the renters responsibility to pick them up at our location.
  • Once all the party items have been returned the damage deposit will be refunded (less any damage fees or other fees) within 5 business days.
  • In the event that an item you have reserved becomes unavailable we will make every effort to substitute that item with a similar item. If we are unable to substitute the item you will be refunded for that item only.
  • We also offer a setup and break down service for an additional fee. If you choose to this service there will be a discount on the delivery and pickup fees,

  • By paying the deposit you are agreeing too and understand our rental agreement.
